Returns & Exchanges


U.S. RETURNS

(Policy effective as of July 5, 2016)

Request a return label, here. Once we receive your request, the label will be generated and issued via email.

FREE Returns: All merchandise returned for store credit and postmarked for return within 30 days of product delivery will be processed free of charge!

Return for Refund: Returns for refund must be postmarked within 30 days, and are subject to a $5.99 return-processing fee. This fee will be deducted from the credit you're due (for any return reason other than: received damaged, or incorrect merchandise). After 30 days, all sales are FINAL and returns will not be accepted.

Exchanges: At this time, we do not accept exchanges.

Request a Return Label: Please click here to request a return label and start the process of your return. Let us know whether you'd like to return for a refund or store credit, and your reason for the return. There is a $5.99 processing fee deducted from all 'return for refund' requests. Returns for store credit are processed free of charge.

If you prefer to use your own shipping method, you may also return any unwanted item(s) using a trackable and insured shipping service to the address below:

All returned merchandise must be in it's original packaging, tagged, unsoiled, unworn, unaltered, and free of any perfumes and odors. Any items that do not meet these basic requirements, will be returned at the customer's expense. All shipping charges are nonrefundable!

Returning Footwear: Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box, as this is considered a part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box, or with marked soles will not be accepted and will be returned to you.



REFUNDS & PROCESSING TIMES

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. Business days do not include weekends or national holidays. We will notify you upon receipt of your return and issuance of your refund. Once a purchase has been refunded it can take anywhere from 3-5 business days to post to your account, depending on your bank or financial institution's policies and procedures.



NAMEPLATE NECKLACE RETURNS/EXCHANGES

If you are not happy with the pendant you receive, or it sustains any damage during delivery, you may exchange it at no charge for a new one. This also applies to all mistaken shipments that you may receive. If you have any issues with your order, make sure to contact us as soon as possible by sending us an e-mail to help@shopklassiq.com so that we can move swiftly to correct the problem. If a resolution is not achieved, a full refund will be issued (minus any shipping and handling expenses).

Since all handcrafted and personalized necklaces are uniquely designed to each individual’s specifications, these pieces normally cannot be sold to other clients, if returned. Therefore, it is imperative that you ensure that all details contained in your order are correct before it is scheduled for shipping. Make sure that the spelling for names (including capitals, where necessary) are correct as well as the color, dimensions, and any other details regarding your order.

New and unopened nameplate necklaces can be returned within 30 days of product delivery. Because each nameplate product is custom made, please note there will be a 50% restocking fee on all nameplate necklaces returned for a refund.



INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your recent purchase, please return any unwanted item(s) to the address below. Your return package must be postmarked within 30 days of initial product delivery. We'll notify you via email once we receive your package. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Jewelry (exception: nameplate necklaces can be returned; please read the return details above), hair accessories, hats, swimwear (if hygiene sticker has been removed or altered), bodysuits, clearance items, intimate apparel, items generally listed as FINAL SALE in the product's description, and gift cards/gift certificates are all final sale!



ORDER CANCELLATION

Please read each product description carefully. Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after 2-4 hours of it being placed.

If your recent order has not been shipped and you'd like to add an item to your order:

        - First, place a new order...
        - Then, contact Customer Service to waive/refund the additional shipping charge.

Shipment costs are nonrefundable. Tracking numbers are recommended to document and ensure delivery of your return-shipment.

*A restocking fee of 20% will apply for any items returned without its original packaging.

**End of Season Sale (EOSS): All merchandise purchased during an EOSS is non-refundable, but may be returned for store credit or exchange, unless stated otherwise.

***Any item(s) purchased at a discount higher than 50% off is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Any final sale merchandise that we receive as a return will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
