If you are not satisfied with your recent purchase, please return any unwanted item(s) to the address below. Your return package must be postmarked within 30 days of initial product delivery. We'll notify you via email once we receive your package. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. Once a purchase has been refunded it can take anywhere from 3-5 business days to post to your account, depending on your bank or financial institution's policies and procedures.

All returned merchandise must be in it's original packaging, tagged, unsoiled, unworn, unaltered, and free of any perfumes and odors. Any items that do not meet these basic requirements, will be returned at the customer's expense. All shipping charges are nonrefundable!
Returning Footwear: Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box, as this is considered a part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box, or with marked soles will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
CUSTOMS FEE, TAXES & DUTIES, ETC.
Any fees assessed while a package is in transit (customs fees, taxes & duties, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the recipient/buyer. Package value and contents are listed on the outside of all international shipments, as a requirement of the U.S. Postal Service and customs authorities. The USPS's local country affiliates will charge the recipient all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees C.O.D. in the local currency at the time of delivery. Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the method of payment accepted for the duties, taxes and other fees collected upon delivery.
