    • If you register, you will not be required to re-enter your shipping or billing addresses each time you order online. Whenever you place an order, it will be delivered to the registered address on file, unless you direct us otherwise.

  • Do you restock items that are sold out?
    • While we do not restock most of our items, it won't hurt to check with us, first. Shoot us an email at help@shopklassiq.com to find out if the item you're interested in will be restocked soon.
  • Can I modify or cancel my order?
    • Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after 2-4 hours of it being placed.

  • How do I check on the status of my order?
    • A.  You can view the status of your order by visiting the 'Order Status' page (located in the footer, under Customer Service) and entering the order number and email address associated with your purchase.
    • B.  Log in to your Klassiq account and click on the order # you're inquiring about.
    • - View the 'Fulfillment Status' under the order number.
    • - Receipts and shipping confirmations are sent via email.
    • - Please allow 24 to 72 business hours for your order status to change. Weekends and holidays are not included in that time frame.
  1. Why didn't I receive an email confirming my order?
    •  If you did not receive any confirmation emails, please check your email spam filter.
    1. Select ShopKlassiq.com as a trusted website domain in your spam filter.
    2. To avoid any duplicate orders, please go to "YOUR ACCOUNT" to verify your order was successfully placed, before resubmitting your order.
  2. Why was my order canceled?
    • A.  In the rare event that an item you purchased suddenly becomes unavailable or sold out, your order will be canceled and all funds will be refunded.
    • B.  We were unable to verify the billing information you provided. If the billing address does not match the information the credit card issuer or bank has on file, the order will be canceled and refunded.
      • - If your order has been canceled, please contact your credit card issuer or bank to verify that the billing information is correct. Afterwards, create a new order using the correct billing address.

    • How do I track my package after it has been shipped?
      • As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email notification confirming the shipment. The email will contain the tracking number for your package and a link to the shipping carrier's website.

    • How soon will I receive a refund for my return?
      • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. Business days do not include weekends or national holidays. We will notify you upon receipt of your return and issuance of your refund. Once a purchase has been refunded it can take anywhere from 3-5 business days to post to your account, depending on your bank or financial institution's policies and procedures.


    • All merchandise featured on the Klassiq website are priced based on the quality and trend of the item. In the rare event that we price an item incorrectly, we here at Klassiq reserve the right to refuse/cancel an order. We stay on top of things as best we could so as stated before, this would of course be a very rare event!
