REGISTRATION

  • Do I need to register before placing an order?
    • You do not need to register before placing an order. You may register as soon as you have finished shopping, or checkout as a guest. Our registration process is fast and will save you time for future purchases. Click here to register.
  • How do I register?
  • Why should I become a registered user?
    • If you register, you will not be required to re-enter your shipping or billing addresses each time you order online. Whenever you place an order, it will be delivered to the registered address on file, unless you direct us otherwise.
    • You can easily track shipments and view/print past orders.

  • Can I order by phone?
    • Yes, our Sales reps are available to assist you with phone orders. Contact: (844) 455-2774 ext 1. (M-F 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM & Saturdays 9:30 AM - 4:30 PM EST).
  • What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
    • We accept the following forms of payment:

      • - PayPal (confirmed addresses ONLY)
  • Is my privacy and personal information secure on your site?
    • Shopping on our site is safe and secure, and we will not pass your private details on to other companies. Klassiq is PCI compliant, and our SSL Certificate is up to date. This means all pages, content, credit card, and transaction information is protected by the same level of security used by banks!
  • Do you restock items that are sold out?
    • While we do not restock most of our items, it won't hurt to check with us, first. Shoot us an email at help@shopklassiq.com to find out if the item you're interested in will be restocked soon.
  • Can I modify or cancel my order?
    • Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after 2-4 hours of it being placed.
  • How do I know what size to choose?

ORDER STATUS

  • How do I check on the status of my order?
    • A.  You can view the status of your order by visiting the 'Order Status' page (located in the footer, under Customer Service) and entering the order number and email address associated with your purchase.
    • B.  Log in to your Klassiq account and click on the order # you're inquiring about.
    • - View the 'Fulfillment Status' under the order number.
    • - Receipts and shipping confirmations are sent via email.
    • - Please allow 24 to 72 business hours for your order status to change. Weekends and holidays are not included in that time frame.
  1. Why didn't I receive an email confirming my order?
    •  If you did not receive any confirmation emails, please check your email spam filter.
    1. Select ShopKlassiq.com as a trusted website domain in your spam filter.
    2. To avoid any duplicate orders, please go to "YOUR ACCOUNT" to verify your order was successfully placed, before resubmitting your order.
  2. Why was my order canceled?
    • A.  In the rare event that an item you purchased suddenly becomes unavailable or sold out, your order will be canceled and all funds will be refunded.
    • B.  We were unable to verify the billing information you provided. If the billing address does not match the information the credit card issuer or bank has on file, the order will be canceled and refunded.
      • - If your order has been canceled, please contact your credit card issuer or bank to verify that the billing information is correct. Afterwards, create a new order using the correct billing address.

    SHIPPING

    • What kinds of shipping options do you offer?
      • All packages are dispatched from our shipping facility via the U.S. Postal Service. We offer a variety of shipping options and rates. To view the details of our shipping options and rates, click either of the following that applies to you: US/Domestic Orders .  or  . International Orders
    • Which international countries do you ship to?
      • We ship worldwide!
    • How do I track my package after it has been shipped?
      • As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email notification confirming the shipment. The email will contain the tracking number for your package and a link to the shipping carrier's website.

    RETURN/REFUND

    • What is your Return Policy?
      • We accept returns within 30 days of product delivery. Return limitations apply. Please click here to view the full details of our Return Policy.
    • How soon will I receive a refund for my return?
      • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. Business days do not include weekends or national holidays. We will notify you upon receipt of your return and issuance of your refund. Once a purchase has been refunded it can take anywhere from 3-5 business days to post to your account, depending on your bank or financial institution's policies and procedures.

    LEGAL STUFF

    • All merchandise featured on the Klassiq website are priced based on the quality and trend of the item. In the rare event that we price an item incorrectly, we here at Klassiq reserve the right to refuse/cancel an order. We stay on top of things as best we could so as stated before, this would of course be a very rare event!
